PLATE.CLICK (“we” or “us”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy explains the personal data we collect from you, and how we use it, when you use our website www.plate.click or mobile applications (together, the ‘Sites’). In accordance with the payment card industry data security standard (PCI), this data is not held or stored by PLATE.CLICK – it is passed straight to our merchant payment provider. - Transaction data including payments from and to you and other details of products and services you may have purchased from us. - Technical data including IP address, time zone setting and location, carrier, browser plug in types and versions, devices, operating system, and platform. Where you have chosen to receive push notifications through our mobile application, we or our third-party partners may send you push notifications relating to the services or products that you have requested. Where we are under a legal obligation to do so we may use your information to create a record of your order(s) and comply with any legal obligation or regulatory requirement to which we are subject. PLATE.CLICK for Partners Where we determine that you are using PLATE.CLICK for business purposes and your company may be interested in our Partners services, we may contact you by telephone or email to let you know about these services.
